The National Automated Business solutions system is a proprietary UNIX/ Windows based "screen scraping" system. This system interfaces with legacy mainframe systems and other more modern Verizon systems to provide efficient solutions for needed responses, crucial in the current regulatory environment.

Card Services

The FDCI FlexBill flexible billing system provides Verizon Select Services (originally GTE Card Services) with an end to end solution for calling card, pager, wireless and long distance billing.

DSL provisioning

Originally provided for Genuity, the FDCI DOT product provided end to end provisioning services for DSL, interfacing with a variety of LECs.
